01Providing a miracle for schoolwork and child rearing?!
It is said that an unsui (wandering monk)called Ryosen,
who visited this place during the period of the Northern
and Southern Courts (Japan)established a temple and called it Unzenin, and then Kyuben
and his disciple Donryu restored this long-closed temple and changed the temple name to Seigan-ji temple.
They say it provides a miracle for schoolwork and child rearing,
and it was central to faith in this area until the Meiji period.
